I have been going to the OpticalCenter for almost 20 years. Many of those years I didn't live anywhere close to Longmont but I made the trip because they are worth it! They really care about their customers and want them to be happy with their frames. For my most recent eyeglass purchase, I loved two identical frames that were different colors. Jeff Lees disassembled the frames so that I could have the bridge I liked off one pair and the temple inserts off the other pair. Very few, if any, places would go through that much trouble to make a customer happy. And I love my new "custom" frames! Thank you Jeff!
Dr. Neka was the best doctor I've seen in 15 years. She is professional and thorough and you can obviously tell she cares about you. I've been through the retail route and have felt as though those docs really hated what they were doing and really didn't care, but Dr. Neka was there for me and allowed me to ask all the questions I needed. I also sincerely appreciate Jeff and his entire team for giving me a place to go to shop for high quality and affordable eye wear. He adjusted my old glasses that I thought needed to go in the trash and they fit better than when I purchased them 3 yrs ago! I won't go to another shop. Thanks to Dr. Neka, Jeff and his entire team!
Always great when I go here for my ormy family eyeglass needs. They are always friendly and go out of their way to help. Recently my son lost his eyeglass strap for his sport glasses during his soccer game. We were having trouble finding one online to purchase for replacement so I stopped in Optical Centre as my wife said, "stop in there because they are a lot more friendly than many eyeglass places." True to their culture, they started problem solving and instead of placing an order for me, they took several straps off many of their display sport glasses to find which one would fit the best and simply handed it over. I was prepared to order,purchase and wait for a strap while leaving on my temporary rubberband fix in the meantime. I didn't prompt a thing, The Optical Centre team simply made a proactive move to solve my problem instantly. Thank you for your help. Chris
Jeff, Karen, and the staff of theOptical Centre really know their business, their products, and their customers! Jeff has a heart for customer service, and his creativity on special requests and finding you what you want can be amazing (I'm not easily amazed and he's done it to me). If you like being treated well, getting something you like, and paying a fair price, this is your place.
My son injured his eye playing baseball.Jeff allowed him to take a pair of Rec Specs (protective sportswear) home to try out on a trial basis (wear for a few days, buy them he likes them, return them if he doesn't) The whole staff at the Optical Centre was extremely friendly and helpful!
The best customer service I have experienced,ever! I needed an adjustment on my old glasses and they were so happy to help me, and even gave me a free hard case because mine was falling apart. Since then I've been in two more times for adjustments and I get the same friendly service without actually having purchased anything. I will absolutely buy my next pair of glasses from them because customer service is too important to ignore when it comes to years of maintenance for those of us who wear glasses. I already feel loyal to Jeff and his crew and I'm not technically even a customer!
I've been going to the OpticalCenter for my lens-wear for years and I've experienced nothing but stellar service and superior product. Jeff was extremely helpful and accommodating. With my safety in mind, he helped fit a temporary frame with my current lenses on the fly so that I could drive. I would recommend The Optical Center to anyone.

Dr. Neka looks young but she definitley knows her stuff.We were referred here by a friend of ours and our entire family was happy with the care we received (even our 6 and 7 year olds, who are usually terrified of going to the doctor!), and she is very patient and good at explaining things in a way that I can actually understand. Also, she got my husband a great deal on his contacts (even cheaper than we normally pay online) and the contacts were in in only 2 days! So fast!

Even a standard pair of 'sunnys' are an investment these days, so I'd much rather go experts rather than some 16 year old at sunglass hut who just doesn't have the expertise and knowledge to help me make a good decision. Hippest place in the area!!!Can't say enough good things about this shop.Very courteous friendly staff who know their products.Not your same old eyewear store!! They have an outstanding selection of frames from companies you don't find everywhere. I have purchased four pair of glasses from them and I couldn't be more pleased.I have people come up to me and ask where I got my glasses and I tell them the optical centre -the best place in the region!!

Best Service Ever! I needed Prescription Sunglasses for bike riding. And I wanted wrap-arounds, I was told that I couldn't get that by another store. The Optical Centre carried Oakley brand sunglasses which have the technology for wrap around Rx Sunglasses. These guys knew what I needed
